The Part II training is a three-day workshop for consultants, change agents and human resource managers on how to implement cultural transformation using the Corporate Transformation Models and Tools. To be eligible for the Part II Training, participants must have completed the Part I Training and preferably have first-hand experience in the use of the Corporate Transformation Tools®. Participants will be involved in lecture, discussion and group activities.
