ABOUT ED MANNING An accomplished management consultant with a proven record of client success. Ed has over 20 years facilitation and management experience gained in organizations such as Lend Lease, ANZ Bank, Epic Response, Delta Air Lines, the Center for Disease Control, Georgia Department of Revenue and SwissAir. He specializes in facilitating cultural and personal transformation and has worked with leaders and senior executives to develop vision-guided, values-driven organizations. Ed is a facilitator focused on increasing awareness of what people value in order to tap into their passions and unleash their potential. He has trained consultants throughout the world on the Seven Levels of Consciousness model, whole-system culture change. In addition, he has lead programs on leadership development, personal transformation, strategic planning, project management and effective communications. He works independently as well as in collaboration with other partners such as MMA, Synnova, Scout, the Syncretics Group and Barrett Values Center. Ed is a Master Cultural Transformation Tools trainer. He is a certified Management Drives consultant as well as a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator consultant. He received the Certified Facilitation Practitioner (CFP) designation from the International Association of Facilitators and was an adjunct professor at Emory University’s School of Business in Atlanta, Georgia. He is trained in various approaches and technologies like Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology, SwarmWorks and DiSC. He applies these tools in transformational processes for leadership and personal development. For the last five years he has focused on values, cultural capital and different methods of facilitation in order to help organisations and people discover their “edge”...that additional performance and hidden potential that enables them to achieve their goals. |
