ABOUT BRIAN JAUDON

Brian Jaudon is a gifted organizational consultant, mediator, and leadership coach with extensive training in Emotional Intelligence, Internal Family Systems, Open Space Technology, and the Learning Organization model developed by Peter Senge.

Brian is on the faculty of the Management and Leadership Education department of the Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) in Asheville where he teaches Emotional Intelligence to managers in the healthcare industry. Brian often teaches on leadership, communication, and conflict resolution to businesses, schools, and nonprofit organizations

He helped launch the Boston-based firm Leadership Tools which offers web-based leadership and management development training to corporations nationwide. Brian also is the developer of an innovative model called The Third Way, an evaluation and re-negotiation tool that examines the hidden yet powerful drivers behind the behavior and decision-making of individuals and teams.
